    A smooth purchase with no problems. FedEx delivered a brand new Z30 unit.
    FedEx just handed me the box in exchange for a signature. No additional
    charges were required.

    I have seen several posts about problems with shop.blackberry.com.
    I just wanted to post in order to show that Canadian residents can purchase
    safely and with no problems. I just wish they had a Z10 in stock -
    I would have ordered one also.

    The thing is when there's a smooth transaction, people don't say anything. It's only when there's a problem, people come here to complain instead of going through the proper channel to address the problem.

    For example, if I order something online and I prepay the taxes, if FedEx tells me I have to pay additional charges, I would reject the order and contact the shipper.

    Nice one OP. I have ordered Q10's, Z30's and Passport's recently and shipped to me in BC via DR with zero issues. Never had a problem with DR.

    There is always a bigger audience for problems. Good news does not sell. I would be curious to find out the ratio of sales that versus of problematic shipments. I would prefer that Blackberry units be physically in stock in Canada - but the system seems to work.

    I have to chime in and confirm their service and products arrive better than expected!

    Placed my order for a white Passport Christmas day and it arrived December 29th!!!

    4 days including holidays and the weekend!!!

    Not sure what more could be asked for.

    Should note I'm in Oshawa, Ontario.

    Well there you have it! 2 happy customers. Ok maybe a third will come along. There arent many compared to all the dissatisfied ones. I wont order from DR anytime soon
