    As instructed, I created my account via Curve 9360.
    And I can use this e-mail account.
    But i can't log into nor via Mozilla Firefox nor any other web browser.
    It displays a message that claims that I entered wrong user name and password.
    I resend password and try to log in, but without success.

    Any suggestions?

    The provider.blackberry.net email address is not accessible from a PC or browser. You can only access it from your BlackBerry. That's the reason I never use mine. I don't need an email address that I can't access from my PC. Some users find that a valuable security benefit.

    The account you have should be: user@provider.blackberry.net not com and that email is only phone based. You can add any web-based email such as gmail, yahoo, hotmail, or whatever you use to your BlackBerry.

    Contact your carrier to confirm username and password.

    Had to do the same thing last Sunday.

    Yes I created my e-mail username@provider.blackberry.com (it is not .net just .com) over the phone. But can't log in via PC based web browser.
