I currently update to 10.2.1.2102 OS version and a 10.2.1.2142 radio version. This new version of radio file is not good as a old radio version. It is possible that I install a new version of radio file with the current OS because the radio version that came with the OS is to bad. Or there is any other way to improve Radio. I use Z10 stl-100-1. Please help me. Thanks..

Try a different radio file.

Maybe if you post your carrier, someone will let you know what worked best for them.
