Never had an issue with my blackberry until today!!!!
HELP HELP HELP!!!

1. I am receiving a text message from 1111470400 and it just will not stop. The message says WVCI 1.1 1234567 it is about 10 � 12 messages per hour. How do I make it stop???

2. When I started getting these messages I thought it would be a good idea to uninstall the OZ IM client I downloaded this morning, but it did not stop, then I decided to uninstall the blackberry messenger, but I am still getting them, and now I can�t install the blackberry messenger at all! What do I do???

3. Also I had problems with my blackberry freezing up after I downloaded the OZ messenger. Why is that? I have a 4 GB card in my phone so there should not be a problem on capacity. What is wrong?

I have had my phone since July 07 but I just started downloading this stuff today.
It will not let me download BB messenger that I just uninstalled.

About the message; it came 1 time so I am hoping I am good.

Check your memory (applications do not go on the SD card) go to Options > status & tell us what your file free number is

That is a bit low its 9.8mb. Do a battery pull (take the battery out for 20secs then put it back in) then check again.

I think you can get this from the RiM website or Blackberry owners lounge. first lets get you a bit more memory.

Ok I am going to take the battery out for 20 sec, but first I have another issue... cause I just installed the desktop manager and now within 5 minutes I just recieved 103 emails from [email protected]..... do you know what I am talking about?

Open up OZ IM and sign out of any of your IM programs. I heard of this problem happening on other phones when you save OZ IM to the memory card instead of your device.

that is something to do with the blackberry.net email address, I have heard about it and there is a way to stop them/remove them. Search the forum

do u have your # saved in YAHOO, AIM or MSN??? to ever fwd your IMs? I saw a post where a guy removed his number from Yahoo and it all of a sudden stopped.

I am having an extremely rough night...lol... BUT I WILL GET THROUGH IT! LOL. lucky for me I have unlimited text ans data plans... or I would have been screwed!

No I do not... I just started using Yahoo on my BB today

I wouldn't put a msgr client on my memory card.... i would save it to the device.

hmm... ill keep searchin around for a way to stop the msgs. LOL

hmmm this might sound crazy... re-download OZ... log in and out ... and the close the program. delete the program and then only log into the yahoo client.... found that on another forum...
