Hi, i have bb 8900 on O2 UK and have just got a Bb bold 9700 on Orange UK, i was gonna sell on the 8900 as its unlocked and was wondering if there is anything i need to do so that the new owner can use all the features of the BB ie set up email and stuff

Do i need to call the service providor (O2) and get them to release the BB Pin etc

Any help would be appreciated.....thanks

Yes, call your provider and have them release the PIN, that's pretty much it.

As long as you don't report it as lost, you don't need to do anything. I would suggest going into options>security options and running a security wipe to remove all of your old data from the phone.

Like stated just do a security wipe and it will startup like new for new user to set everything up
