hello crackberry users,

heres my situation. my friend is opening an acct with rogers and wants me to pick a phone to trade (i would have to pay the diff) for my iPhone 3G 8gb. my problem is i dont know which blackberry to pick. the 9700 is $200, 8520 is $49 and the bold 9000 is $0. i paid $99 for my refurbished iphone aout a month ago. i really want the 9700 but not sure if its worth paying $200 plus giving him my the iphone when i can get the 9000 for even trade. i looked over the reviews and still cant make up my mind. please help me decide before it drives me crazy. thanks in advanced

Stick with either bold. You will be happy, you just have to decide how much you want to pay your friend.

My vote is the 9000 for size. The 9700 is another marvel, smaller keyboard but better memory and screen resolution. Both should make you very happy.

yea i really like the trackpad on the 9700 but i just cant justify payin 200 plus my iphone. i even like the 9000 but hate the feeling of not having the latest model (plus the optical track). i guess u guys wouldnt advise going witht the 8520. i have until monday to decide so any other input is greatly appreciated.

I would get the 9700, it's an amazing device that I have been very happy with.
