I set up my email and it said "successful" but now it says that I need to make sure my messages are saved on my server? Idk I am really confused. Its an msn email account by the way! And I am receiving none of my emails.

If you use a PC email client like Outlook or Outlook Express to get your email on a PC, then you need to set the option in the PC client to leave messages on the server when they are downloaded to the PC. Otherwise, if you leave your PC email client running, the PC email client may take the email off the server before the BlackBerry email client has a chance to download it to the BlackBerry.

Thanks.. do you by any chance know how to do this for MSN? I dont use Outlook I have MSN explorer I think

I don't use MSN. If MSN includes an email client, then the option should be in the email setup section.
