My BB will not connect with my desktop manager.. can someone please tell me why or how to do it??

Have you tried a different USB port? My laptop has 4 ports, but only two work for my BB.

Also go to options --> connection settings --> choose USB-PIN

okay.. I tried all of my usb ports, and still not working.. I also went to the connections and tried that and it still did not work ugh

Go to Device Manager and check the various usb connections?

What OS are you using on your PC?

Plug your bb up to the pc first then start the program if that don't do it leave it all pluged in and do a restart then opening program

i just installed it for the first time lastnight.my computer is recognizing my bb, but it will not connect. When I connect it my bb asks my if I want to turn on mass storage mode.
