Have a BB 8310 AT&T.... Just bought SanDisk 8g and need a newer OS . Are OS 4.3 and 4.5 the same? If someone can explain if there is a difference between the 2 I would greatly appreciate it.

OS 4.5 is only in beta stage right now. There are some copies floating around but distributing them violates copyrights.
OS 4.3 and OS 4.5 are not the same. OS 4.3 was renamed OS 4.5 during development because of the number of additions to the OS.
So much for being discreet.
Sorta reminds me of that guy I saw walking down the street asking everyone if they had any weed.
