    Hey everyone,
I've been wanting together a micro hdmi to vga connector to be able to plug in my PlayBook at work for presentations.

Has anyone tried either of these 2:
    - ASUS video adapter - HDMI / VGA - 90-XB2UOKCA00110- - Audio/Video Cables - CDW.CA
    - Samsung AA-AH1NAMB - video adapter - HDMI / VGA - AA-AH1NAMB/US - Audio/Video Cables - CDW.CA

Or any model you guys recommend?

I've used VGA to HDMI adapters but I've never tried to run one backwards.

The HP one works great. You also need a micro hdmi to hdmi to get from playbook to the hp adapter. I posted the part on here somewhere so look for my past posts. I used a micro to hdmi converter but a short cable would be better as the hp adapter is a bit heavy attached directly so I use the playbook flat while connected. I haven't tried with a cable between playbook and hp adapter but as long as good quality should be OK.

Thanks for the replies. Maybe I'll place an order for the Samsung one and see how it works.
