    this may sound like a stupid problem but my brain has run out of ideas.

    ok so everyone i'm having some issues changing my PIN that i have on my account....can anyone by chance help me through this problem?

    well what exactly are the problems you are having? your account pin or your phones PIN. if its your account pin, contact t-mobile.
