Is there a scenario where I would be able to send and receive PIN messages but not texts or emails (assuming email servers are operational)? Reason I am asking is for disaster planning in the event of a hurricane. Should I get the PINs of my collagues or is that unnecessary since if we are able to PIN, we can exchange email/texts (our BES and Exchange servers are located in another part of the country safe from the storm).
