    Workaround:
Try playing some media. Any type of media. A song, video, or Youtube video, etc. Then you can lock your device and take screen shots of it.

    It works on 10.2.1x.
Should work on other OSs as well.

Gave up on it on my z10 too many near misses locking out, you have to be very precise I found! Same on the pp.

    Swiped on my beautiful Passport!
Quite the contrary, I have had experience of two friends unlocking my phone via PP by sheer luck....on the same day. Don't get me wrong. It is without doubt a fantastic idea but it needs to be made more secure as in say getting it right twice to unlock.

If I had to do it twice to unlock, it should be a whole new picture and number. Or keep it as it is now at one picture and the grid still movable from any point on the screen, but hit multiple points with the same number.

The only problem with picture password in my experience was having my number right next to my spot. A little movement was all that was necessary to unlock. So someone could unlock by accident just by grasping the phone.

I like picture password as it is easy to do on the fly, far easier than entering numbers.

One idea is not to focus on a point, but a nearby spot next to a point, or somewhere for example on a circumference and not an apex.

I'm assuming your selected number has to go in a corner since there is no picture.... I like using actual pictures because it could be any part of it.

He could just move the 3 to the position of the 0. He just has to remember the position. For example, 3 down and 3 from the left. Of course that might not always be that accurate!

Have you used picture password before? Because the number change position every time you wake your phone. For example...let's say it is the number 3...all the numbers...including the number3 change position when you wake the phone...so you can't drag one number to another number un less your picture has numbers in it. and you move the numbers to a place in the picture....but my finger never goes anywhere near my number goes so it's darn near impossible to "guess" 1st...no one knows what your number is out of the combination and 2nd no one knows the place on the picture where that need goes...so if your finger never goes near where it drags the one number where it is supposed to go....you can't guess. you could look right at my device while I'm doing it and still not have a clue. This kid JC did it on you tube offering to give his phone away if anyone could guess it...and no one has done it. He had the camera right on it while he was doing it. I've shown friends...and no one has cracked it yet. Also,it's better than a finger print because you can change it up.

It was just a joke. Unfortunately, I didn't put it in the corner and wasn't able to actually get it. After the five attempts it reverted back to the number password.

Ain't you glad it's not tied to Blackberry Protect? :-) You would have to do a reset and hope that Link is updated :-) lol. I thought it was creative because I was thinking to myself " there is no way I would remember a number on a blank canvass. Well played my friend, well played. :-)
