So i was updating my pearl to the newest software and the phone froze up in the middle of the update. now when i try to start the phone up or connect it to my PC it just sits at a white screen with an hour glass turning in the center. what should i do?
I got it working now. However, i have lost everything on my phone. when the update crashed it said it had made a backup of my files but i do not remember where it said it saved them to. does anyone know where the default save location is for the backup files?
Search your hard drive for LoaderBackup. It should have the date appended at the end of the file name. It's usually where you have any other file you have backed up.
