Phone Questions

So im 13 years old and i use my phone a lot for FB Twitter and texting.. Im currently on T-Mobile (im paying the bill myself) and i have a HTC Radar.. I love the OS but i am really hoping to convince my dad to get a family plan with ATT. And if i did get on the family plan im thinking what phone should i get.. I have used a BB 5 Androids and 2 Windows Phones.. I have owned 2 iPod touches so that kinda like a iPhone. I just want to look at all options.. all i need its to be able to communicate and check tech news every 5 minutes.. ;)
