My phone is on 24/7. The only reason I leave mine on at night is because I have a daughter in college and if there were ever to be an emergancy, she can get in touch with me. We really don't use our house phone at all.
Always on. Usually I'll turn the notification profile to "quiet" or even "off" at night. But it's also always with me. I did turn the phone "off" once when I went swimming at my sister's house and left it in the car.
On Silent most nights and face down to avoid light, but I like getting the Emails and texts immediately in the AM when I choose to look. If I didn't have a landline, I guess it would be on ring.
Did you know that if you set your notification profile to "off," the messages will still come but the light won't even flash. You wouldn't have to turn your phone upside down.
Always on, plugged in and resting within arm's reach. It's the first thing I check in the morning as well. I don't have a landline, so I leave mine on in case someone needs me overnight. My alerts are fairly quiet, but my ringtones are obnoxious so it'd wake me up.
hmmmm, interesting. Not one person so far says they turn theirs off at night time. I turn mine off every night. Couple of reasons....first, it seems like my battery lasts longer if I fully charge it when off. I also have a landline for emergencies and my kids are both small and at home yet, so no need for fielding cell phone calls while I'm horizontal. Now, if I didn't have a landline, different story I guess.

Mine stays one 24/7 and charges at night. I turn my profile to phone call only and my berrybuzz to off between 11 pm and 6 am so i don't get any lights.
My 9000 is always on and the only time I ever bother to change the profile to silent or vibrate is if i'm attending a meeting, watching a movie at the theatre or sneaking up on the bad guys.
On always although I sometimes switch the profile setting depending on how tired I am.. I also turn mine to prevent the light @ time but my Berry sleeps in the bed with us.. My husband however is a hard man and makes his Berry stay on the nightstand. I am clearly tHe better parent. : )~
