Okay, i know i have been doing loads of threads about changing phones but now that i go to do it my dad has stopped me saying about the insurance.
My mums 9700 has insurance in her name and what he keeps saying about is her IMEI number and everything, so if i have her phone her insurance wont count. Any help for me? so i can get her phone, can we just transfer the insurance? thanks.

So im saying, anyway to solve the problem? or an ideas for a good reason for her to still let me have her phone.

Call Orange and ask them if the insurance will continue if you swap devices with your mother.

Or here's a new thought, stop sponging off your mom and dad and leave their phones out of your phone changing plans.

Then you mother's insurance will stay intact.
