Good thing you checked here first, if you had gone through the BlackBerry switchboard you would be charged for support.

I gather you are having problems loading ringtones. Where are you trying to get them from?

Installing programs can be simple or challenging, what software do you need to install?

Free medical PDA software: Epocrates Rx for BlackBerry

This is the starting place for Epocrates. Register and you will get this message:

    Wireless Install

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    To begin installation, go to
    get.epocrates.com
    on your BlackBerry.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Product download must be done wirelessly. This install involves a large data transfer through your carrier. We strongly recommend an "unlimited" data plan for your phone.

Due to the large data transfer required, installation may take up to 30 minutes.

Epocrates is not responsible for any charges you may encounter with your wireless provider.

    ...
The installed program is 9 Mb, that may put a strain on your BlackBerry memory.

You can remove a lot of samples and other things you do not need with CrackMem.

That would explain your frustration, once you do, it will work like it should.
