- I have noticed that with the beta os, I don't have the option to view an attachment anymore. In an e-mail that is. I have BBSmart View and on both BB Smart and the regular view, it does not give me that option anymore. AAnyone know why this is or how to fix it? Thanks in advance.05-18-08 07:20 PMLike 0

- BB Smart works for me. I made sure that I had "allowed" BB Smart for all categories, saved the settings and rebooted my berry. Before opening an e-mail, click (the berry button) and see if the e-mail settings has the listing for BB Smart options at the top. This might work for you. I do know that Empower will not work, but, BB Smart does.05-18-08 10:41 PMLike 0

- Has anyone had any issues with their trackball acting strange. I downloaded version .37 and after a week my trackball started clicking and was highlighting random icons on my home screen. I needed to pull the battery to stop it. I have since downgraded to .18 and today it happened again. I think that it is more software issues than hardware. Any ideas?06-04-08 12:26 AMLike 0

I haven't noticed an issue with my trackball. If you want, you can delete the OS and re-install. This usually corrects a lot of issues.
Use this to wipe your berry and this thread to Optimize it.06-04-08 01:26 AMLike 0 - Brenda.d. Go to your home screen and press the menu button and then select showall. And Doc to go should show up. If not try uninstalling and reinstalling the software. That usually fixes most issues. Good luck!
