pearl vs curve
I have a pearl 8130, its my first BB and I love it, I have had it for five months now. But it seems that I can't get the full experience out of owning a BB with the pearl.
So I was looking around online and found that I could get a new curve for $142 with a two year contract extension, I'm with vzw.
So my question is other then a bigger screen and a full key borad, what other pros are there with curve over the pearl
I know there are apps only for the curve and blod
I know more memory is another plus as well, I have tried to get movies on my pearl but it didn't work, but I didn't spend a lot of time trying to get it to work.
So my question is pearl or curve?
I would like to honest opions, and I also know there are a few new BB coming to vzw soon, and no I don't want the storm2, well I think so anyways lol
I am still new and learning everything about BB so that's why I'm asking for thoughts, opions
Thanks

I have a curve, my bf has a pearl. The only difference I can attest to based on my personal experience is the full qwerty keyboard. The few times I have used his phone I got so aggravated with th keyboard that I had to give th phone back before I broke it. A full keyboard is absolutely th way to go....for me. It doesn't bother him, maybe it won't bother you, but I say roll with th curve baby, roll with th curve

Well I had the Pearl 8120 for a couple of months and like you felt I wasn't getting the full experience. I then bought a Curve 8900 and really haven't looked back. You definately won't regret it, everything about the phone is better

I might be the only one who would say this, but I've actually been thinking about going back to my old Pearl. I upgraded to a Curve only a couple of months ago, and don't get me wrong, it's great, especially with the bigger screen, but I liked the compact size of the Pearl and the fact that it looks like a normal phone. I was also quite comfortable with the SureType. It still feels kind of weird to me to have numbers on a QWERTY keyboard, but then again, it's also the fact that I'm a college student and might be able to get some $$ for my Curve on eBay LOL :). But if I could have either the Pearl or the Curve...well, I love them both, but the Curve does have a nicer screen. :)
Oh, and I think the Storm is 3G, but not the Curve...yet.

Also, you may want to try a memory card for your Pearl. I got a 4GB card when I had my Pearl. Now it's in my Curve, but yes, a memory card definitely helps with any memory issues.
