    I've come accross this issue in both India and now in Italy and it's very frustrating!

    It seems the carriers don't understand what BES is, they are saying;

    Yes, we have set up BES Enterprise

    What is your email adress, server, etc etc (proof I think that they are trying to set up BIS??)

    Then when the user tries to activate BES, no joy, i.e. the service is not on the connection.

    Can anyone out there help me to provide them with a clear and technical explanation of what the carrier needs to provide in order for my users to enterprise activate over their network?
