I get a lot of questions from end users regarding the ins & outs of emails appearing in one's outlook inbox, emails being fwd by rules to other outlook folders and how they appear (or don't) on the BB message folder (and how the BB "Message" folder is not their outlook inbox).
Is there a handy resource somewhere that, in "layman's" terms, describes the differences between the 2 and how it works?
Seems when I try to explain the process it doesn't quite translate very
well :-)
