OS update via Sachesi has eaten 1gb of Q5 internal storage, what can I do?

Hi guys! Please help me, i have searched google but no answers were found.
Then i`ve bought Q5 it had an 10.2 OS version (as i remember) and that was hard to find the way to update it to 10.3 (you know, like low memory etc.), so i decided to use Sachesi. But in the update process something went wrong and about 1gb of internal storage had been "blocked" or something...
Now nothing helps. I`ve tried different ways of resetting device. I`ve tried them all.
Link is seeing memory like it is ok, but (as a picture shows) it actually doesn't

p.s.: it seams like its getting worse. At first only 1gb was lost, and now its 2gb

Is the device working well otherwise?

Have you tried a hard reboot? .....long press on power button until red LED flashes and boot logo reappears (device will restart).

man, i`ve tried all of reboots.. Where were the one you mention, "data wipe", and last one was "reload" via Link. Overall device is working just fine.

Disregard Link....what does Device Monitor on your phone show? Take screen shot?

seems like monitor is showing correct values.. But they don't ad up to 8 gigs anyway, and around 2gb is lost.. well, now i`m lost too..Attachment 397004

That is likely normal. My understanding is regardless of device or manufacturer there is apparently some "reserved" space for system and application use.
My PP shows 27 of 32gb and my Z30 shows 12 of 16gb.
There is a thread in Crackberry which explains some of the details but I haven't been able to find it just yet. Will post link if I do.
