This os is blocked from the device, what should I do now?

before my device was taking 10.15 gb on system storage so i tried to wipe it .
when the device restarted during wiping process after wiping screen the device gone switched off and a red led is blinking again and again .
i tried to reload the OS with BlackBerry Link but at the last it give me the of unspecified error encountered [a:0x000000a2] .
then i tried to autoload OS with Autoload-STL100-1-DevAlphaB-10.3.1.997
but here i got error of This OS is blocked from the device .
i also tried to wipe my device with SIC_Multiwipe_1.3
and then again tried to autoload my device with the autoloader and again got the error of this OS is blocked from device .

Did you confirm what model device you have and use the correct autoloader?

yeah
i have BlackBerry Z10 STL100-1 device
and i have Autoload-STL100-1-DevAlphaB-10.3.1.997 Autoloader

You may be loading an old OS.

Try using firefox or chrome instead of Internet Explorer to open the mega link

i am using chrome and i have too slow internet
because i am from india

Well not sure how else you can load a. Autoloader without downloading it. What OS were you on before? The autoloader you were using was clearly not for your device and also and old OS

i am downloading this file may be this would be downloaded in next 10-12 hour

i also downloaded the autoloader from developer website named as Autoload-STL100-1-10.1.0.1485.exe
and when i used this autoloader i got the error immediately after uploading the radio file from the autoloader

i am hoping that this file will help me with the problem
i want to know that does this file contains autoloader in .exe format
because i am new to all this soo i dont know how to make a autoloader

Well.. stop using dial up.. there is broadband in India.. also select ya plans wisely.. not 256 kbps..

What Thurask provided should be all you need and you won't be required to build an autoloader. Just use the exe file he provided and it should do the job

Why are you using a dev alpha autoloader. You might want to try newer autoloaders if they're out there. 10.3.2, 10.3.3

Don't use developer autoloaders. Don't.

Even if you could get them to install, they won't work.

Made new link, files are still there. Bitly link is dead, though.
