Is there another option when hooking your BB to your PC than the roxio software that comes with the bb to browse media files. I find the roxio software to be horrible slow. Like awful and unusable. I'd rather use something else to get pics etc from my phone.

Yes you can hit Menu/Options/Memory and set Media card support to On, Mass Storage support to On, and Enable Auto Mass Storage to Yes. This will allow your computer to see your phone as a removable drive and you won't have to use the DM to transfer or view files. Hope this helps!
