    Hello!

I just started having a one-way audio trouble while using a blue tooth device to talk.

I can hear the person on the other end, but the person I am talking to can't hear me. I believe this is a device trouble because it's happening with my Jawbone as well as my in-car setup.

Anyone hear of such a thing, and know how to fix it?

    Thank you!

Did you check if the handset is on mute. Make a call with the Bluetooth headset, click menu and see if it says turn mute off. If not try turning mute on and then off.

I have dropped my phone onto concert from 3' - 4' about 5 times, guess I'm lucky. Have you tried the mute buttons on the Bluetooth device?

I've tried two Altec-Lansing BackBeat stereo headsets and got the same result- I could hear them and the music fine but voice dialing and talking to others wasn't available. Was it the headsets or the phone. If it's the headsets, is there a brand and model of stereo headset that all the features work with the 8220?
