Hi

I really hope that RIM implements device serial number tracking some how so that its easier for warranty and other information.

For example, on apple you can type in the serial number of the product and get some information about it such as age, whether or not it has warranty etc.

I think this would be very useful to consumers especially those that purchase used devices.

What do you guys think?

Have it all linked to our BlackBerry IDs so changes can be made to the profile easily (get a new device)
