while your phone is plugged into the computer via a USB you cannot access the memory card from the phone, you need to make sure to enable mass storage mode from within the phones settings. once you unplug the device you will have access to your pictures on your memory card again but while it is in usb only a pc can access those files

You should back up all the files on your Blackberry to your PC.

    1. Plug your phone in.
    2. On your phone, type in your password as it requests for mass storage mode usage. If no password, I think its auto (I always have a pass)
    3. On your computer you SHOULD get a popup saying it found these two folders, one is your BlackBerry internal storage, and the other is the Mass Storage Card.
    4. Go to your Mass Storage Card, (easy to figure out, its usually bigger than the other :P)
    5. Once their, go to the BlackBerry Folder
    6. You should see the PIcture folder... >.> now, you know what copy and paste is, right?

(If they are NOT on the Mass Storage Card, its the same steps to get to the ones on the Internal Storage)

Revert back to using carrier pigeons to send your messages, sounds like you're not having much luck

    Is that plain and simple?

When you plug your Blackberry into the PC using the USB cord, you should get a pop up on your phone screen, saying do you want to enable Mass Storage Mode... check YES.

Easy out! Email yourself the pictures you want and copy them to the computer from your email. If you can't do that go back to a Motorola or nokia dumb phone, cause BlackBerry just ain't for you!
