I think you can go back to email setup and redo your settings.
i've tried that, it says something about my pin has already been used or something????
You could try deleting and setting up a new one.
Are trying to setup a blackberry email?
Log in here, and delete the account you have associated with your PIN.
Then setup your email under BIS:
BlackBerry Internet Service
i don't know anything about this thing HOW do i delete?

Login to the site provided by glider and delete the email addy you have already created

Create a new account.
Carppy thing is that you may still get email errors from your first created account.
