    I'm guessing that I won't be able to view html emails with the 4.3 OS that came on my verizon curve 8330 yet? Also does this automatically update the phones BIS or is it something that the user needs to dl?

    Feel free to correct me if I am wrong but from what I understand you need to have both the OS 4.5 and the BIS 2.5 in order for html email to work.

    that is correct. You need to have either OS 4.5 or OS 4.6
