Its perfectly fine. It will get what it needs and stop the charge.... Its better to charge them than to let them fall to low, issues can arise if they get too low. I charge it nightly......
yea that is what I like about charging your blackberry phone that once it is charge it stops charging and there is no over charging the battery which i heard was bad to do.
I have charged my storm every night for the last 4 months and haven't experienced any problems with the battery because of it. Just like Tremortality said, the battery will charge until it is full and then it will stop the process.

Ive done the nightly charge thing on every single cell phone Ive ever had with no adverse effects. The batteries all last about a year or so before needing to be replaced. This is pretty standard for lithium batteries.
Would having it plugged in all night affect your electricity bill? My new idea is to have some reason to attach it to my computer every day, whether it's to download something or clean out my card or apps. That way it's getting a charge at the same time.
Just remeber that you can get 400 charges out a battery typically, that's why ppl are saying there's are lasting a year if u can charge every other day you can prob stretch 2 years

You can charge it as often as you want, but remember that any kind of rechargeable battery can only withstand limited charging cycles.. but it usually takes A LOT of cycles before you would notice any difference in battery life.
I charge my phone twice a day, once during mid day(3-4PM) and once again at night. Never had any issues with with the battery of everyphone I have owned. Try not to let the battery drain all the way down like others have said.

I usually only charge my BB when it needs it (about one bar remaining). Since I'm not a heavy user, that is every few nights. To conserve it, I use the auto off feature from 1-5 am every night.
