Does RIM have an Official Feature Request Forum? I know some people use the blackberry support forums, but there is not specific topic for Feature Requests and the support forums don't seem to be managed by RIM directly.
RIM could benefit from having users provide suggestions for future releases. Google is great at this and user feature requests have had a direct impact on the product.
Let me know if anyone knows of an RIM Feature Request forum.
