in my bb z 30 ,when i call some particular persons i hear "the number you dial is not allocated"
but they are not block me. when i inset my sim to anther phone i can call them.can any one solve this

Are you dialling the full number with full national prefix?
In any case, check your settings in the phone dialler in the "smart dialling" section.
