NOVA Game drains battery

I just downloaded NOVA game a few days ago for my Torch and it seems to be draining the battery; even when not using it. I can't seem to figure out how to close the game, so I am assuming it is just running in the background 24/7...

Anybody run into this problem? I use the bb for work, so can't afford my battery being drained by lunch time, when it normally lasts until the night time.
