I've searched the threads and also talked to customer service about this issue but I'm not receiving texts from certain phone numbers. The other phones are on the same network and I've been texting with them forever. When I switched to my BB Tour a few weeks ago I haven't been receiving their messages. At one point I sent a text and then received a response, but the next day I again wasn't receiving their messages. I did check my Firewall Settings and I don't have any blocked messages or contacts. It shows on my phone that all my message are delivered to them, but again nothing is coming back to me. The people at customer service had no suggestions, so at this point I'm just really confused. If anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate the help.
