I am getting all other emails except for ones from my online store which show up on the computer as being delivered from myself. There must be some sort of filter that is blocking emails from myself from going to my phone. The problem is I have no idea how to access this on the phone?
I'm not sure that there is a way to enable receiving emails from your own email. Correct me if I'm wrong. The reason behind this is that BB users used to receive copies of all their sent emails.
I don't know if this will be of any help to you, but I can't get an email I send from myself to myself if the account I'm sending the email to is open on my computer. I have to send emails to myself from one of my accounts to the other, but I can't do it from within the same account.

I would suggest opening up another email account through a different email service provider to see if that works. I have 2 accounts through hotmail and I have to close one before I can access the other. Try going gmail to hotmail, or gmail to yahoo, or whatever, and see if that makes a difference. Good luck!
