    I just downloaded the newest OS for my 8820 now I cant view attachments.

    Any sugguestions?

    Open DM > connect phone > click Application Loader and then Start.
    Put a check in the Attachment Services box and continue through
    to complete the install.

    Upgrades can often change your installed software settings. You don't what to interrupt the process, so you proceed with the defaults.

    Once it is done, open it manualy and review the software selected or removed.
