    Hi all,

    I had an update sent to my Curve 8530 over the weekend and have not been able to access my media card via usb since. My BB shows up as a "removable device" in My Computer and when I click on it, it asks me to "insert disk in drive E". I'm running XP. Any advice?

    Go to Options / Memory. Are "Media Card Support," "Mass Storage Mode Support," and "Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected" all turned on?
