Had an issue with my new BB Curve. Wasted 30 minutes on the BB site. Found my answer in 30 seconds here on CB.com. I love it! You gave me my BB back!! (But I could still use another.......*grin*)

Greetings! Having crossed over from the dark side of Palm, Symbian, and Win Mobile 5, I am looking forward to my first Blackberry! I would like to see how robust this system is compared to the other mobile OS options. Also, a question:
A current BB 8800 user mentioned that there is an intermittent issue with the trackball not tracking to the left side of the device. Has anyone expereinced issues with the BB Curve, and is any one model of the Curve more or less reliable than the other 83xx models?

To answer your questions about the trackball - he's probably got lint under the ball. It's fairly easy to pop it out and treat the area with some canned air.
