I have a problem with my blackberry flip, when i get a call or text I get just the vibrate but no ringtone. It is set to have a ringtone but I have to do a battery pull about every 3 days. then I get a ring but something must be wrong or there has to be a software update. if you try at that time to play the ringtones an error message comes up. The alarm, notifier, & ringer do not play but the tune does these are all preloaded ringtones none of which is downloaded. This is my 3rd flip & will not bring this one back there has to be a fix. getting annoyed with the battery pulls. please give me a fix
