I know for a fact the password I'm using is correct otherwise I
wouldn't be sending this email. It says my password is incorrect I've
been trying to login for about 20 hours. 10 battery pulls later and
registered servive books. But I had a exchange student come to the
store and trade sims for trouble shooting data service I believe
sending service books to his phone with my sim from my 9780 in his
9800 may be the problem.

Delete it from, then recreate it from your berry. Works everytime. Had a similar experience when I changed passwords on my email accounts on a pc. Then found none would work on the berry. Deleted, recreated. Fixed.

Be sure and do it through your Email Settings or Email Setup folder. Best of luck!
