    Greetings All

    Long story short...no personal email setup option, only enterprise choice. Any suggestions anyone? Prior to "tech support" the setup option wouldnt allow me to enter email setup.

    You need to call your carrier and get a BlackBerry data plan (BIS). Once that is added, you will have the ability to set up personal email.
