Sorry in advance if this is not where or how this needs to be posted I'm still trying to get a hang of the rules here. Anywho here is my problem, my pc isn't working and I want to get a storm but I'm with tmobile so basically I want to know if there is a way to get service books and os updates via the bb itself or is there somewhere I can send the phone to get tmobile service books added? Please any help would be much apprecieated

You should be able to request service books from inside your BB's e-mail setup program. As far as OS updates go, I believe you're out of luck.

You can always make OS updates on a friends computer or something like that.
