    I've a problem with the following android apps on my Z10 HSBC, My O2 and music tagger as when I'm connected to wifi they work perfectly and if I turn off the wifi then they don't work with my mobile data even though mobile data is on and it's not on flight mode or whatsoever, I tried reinstalling them but it still didn't solve the problem. Everything else such as Instagram and other apps work fine. I've included the screenshots. Can anyone help please?
