Please help me. The Blackberry wont syncranisee with the pc. I did reload the os when I got the screen of death. Since then got a new computer (other died) and it says there are no applications to sychranise, nor can I open any attachments and the only applications showing in the phone are the calculator, video camera, recorder,voice dialling and saved messages, I thought there should be all the "office" stuff there too
Did you install the OS from your BB on your new computer? You need the version of the OS from you phone. You can get it at BB's site or maybe your carrier's site. Then run it on your computer.
