I just found this site and it has been so helpful! I have the curver 8330, verizon is my provider. i can get my email messages just fine from my personal acct, but i am not getting all of my messages from work.
i am only getting messages from th einbox, but i have subfolders and rules for certain emails. those are not showing up. we dont have a BES, work uses web based outlook access. How do i get all my messages to show up from my work email? I tried doing a search but did not come up with any answers. i also have desktop software version 4.7 installed. any help is appreciated.
Welcome... not sure if that is possible without a BES plan. I know folder support only comes with BES for me. I have access on my work berry (with BES) and none on my personal berry (BIS).
