Newbie needs recommendation

What blackberry should I get? I don't really browse the web much at all even when there is free wi-fi. I mainly text, call, e-mail, and might facebook and twitter for messaging purposes. I found a used Bold 9780 for $110 CAD (I'm Canadian). But I'm wondering if this purchase is really necessary or if I can get something cheaper that will do the job just fine.

Also, I don't have data on my current plan but I might just get it for bbm or whatnot. With any of my phones I rarely ever use the camera.

You should treat yourself to the best keyboard if you mainly text, call, email, etc...the 9900 :cool:

Hehe it must be the easiest.

Also you need a data plan for email / bbm etc @ OP. :)

Forgot to mention I don't have a whole lot of cash to blow :\
