    ANYONE OUT THERE THAT CAN TELL ME IF THIS HAPPENED TO THEM ? Blackberry protect does not store your phone content anymore because of some wise guy somewhere so what must i do now?

    ow did you do the update? autoloader? or OTA?
    Are your contacts in any email account like Google or Yahoo or Outlook?

    My mum had a similar issue. She rebooted her Z30 and everything went fine.

    If reboot doesn't work - Open the contacts app > swipe down from the top > Settings > scroll down, check to make sure where you have your contacts stored is turned ON.

    Also right after an OS install the contacts get re populated which may take some time.
