Hey I got my new curve today finally. (There's kind of a funny story, but then isn't there always!)
But I got 2 questions:
1.) When I sync with the desktop manager will it put everything back the exact same as before as far as my options and profiles are concerned? Bbm also?
2.) What happened to the today plus theme that was on mobile.blackberry.com? I can't find any themes there actually, who knows where I could get it?
And if anyone wants it my new pin is 242694D2

Just got my curve today too and my ring profiles reset themselves too, I think my options stayed the same though...

So what about bbm and auto text entries? Will they return? See I'm stuck at work and even though I live 5 mins from here I'm trying to not go home during my shift...must fight the temptation!

bbm no idea, new BB user, but it seems odd that the few (5-10) people i tried to add haven't like accepted or rejected my add request.

autotext i didnt do anything with but all my other options stayed the same

maybe a more advanced user can help us out =P

on the DM, hit switch device wiz..that should take care of it

no switch device wizard doesnt work because i dont have both phones
i connected and opened dm then file and open (my last backup) and now every single thing is as it should be, even put the vendor themes back and all my bbm contacts
i feel so much better!

im the boss at night, and trust me, my supervisor knows im here
im not worried, we're both tech junkies! heck i referred several of the "people upstairs" to crackberry

and i dont think they have the today plus on mobile.blackberry.com for the pearl, which is strange because it came loaded on my 8100 when i bought it
