    My Pearl's trackball decided to stop working, so Verizon sent me a new one. I've gotten just about everything set up, but how do I get all of my passwords transferred? I'm really in deep if I can't get them......any help would be appreciated!

    If you did a back up for the old before you sent it off, just plug it up and do a restore and that will take care of it

    You can do it through the switch device wizard on desktop manager.
